"Wait Your Turn" is written by The-Dream and produced by StarGate and coproduced with Chase & Status; it serves as a promotional song for Rihanna's new album "Rated R" which is due to come out in U.S. on November 23.
Rihanna shot the music video to "Wait Your Turn" on October 16, 2009 in Washington, New York and Berlin. The director of the video was Anthony Mandler who previously shot most of Rihanna's music videos. It is shot completely in black and white. In the video, Rihanna is seen with an eyepatch, similar to the one worn in the video for "Run This Town". She is seen in what looks like a park-like area, on a bridge with metal gates and in front of a Las Vegas background with lit up buildings.
In addition to "Wait Your Turn" video, fans can also expect another video from Rihanna coming out next Friday, November 13 on ABC's "20/20". Directed also by Anthony, this forthcoming video is aimed to promote her single "Russian Roulette".
